Looking for something more unconventional for your convention? Levy takes food & beverage service out of the standard meeting space and onto the show floor.
Let your attendees take in the aroma of cold brew from the portable Starbucks Brew Bike or make attendees’ taste buds sing with the indulgence of delicious frozen treats from a local favorite, Mitchell’s Homemade Ice Cream. They believe in taking events to the next level and provide a wide variety of offerings that will fit any event.
At our Center, we hold ourselves to the highest of standards when it comes to sustainability and Levy is a great ally. Levy strives to raise the bar on socially-responsible practices and keeps the environment in mind when creating event menus.
We pride ourselves on being an innovator of sustainability with an actual, on-site farm called #TheRealFarmville. Our urban farm includes seasonal veggies and herbs, beehives, and livestock. Levy harvests and uses the eggs, herbs, veggies, and honey in their menu on a regular basis.
Once attendees finish their plates, Levy takes the leftover food scraps and places them into our Grind2Energy system. Our Grind2Energy system converts food waste to energy, natural gas, electricity, and soil nutrients. Annually, the Grind2Energy system converts over 40,000 lbs. of food scraps into energy – that’s enough energy to power 72 houses!
