The following items are prohibited: weapons, laser pointers, food and beverage (personal consumption items), animals (service animals are an exception), drones/unmanned aerial aircrafts, use of tobacco products (e-cigarettes included), air horns, noisemakers, fireworks, skateboards, bicycles, segways, hoverboards, roller skates, and any other items deemed to negatively affect the safety or experience of others

All bags are subject to inspection upon entry.
No. Pets are not allowed in the convention center unless it is an ADA-certified service animal.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited within 50ft of the Center. There are two designated smoking areas; one is on the corner of West Side Drive and Lakeside Avenue, the other is located just outside of the UPS Store near the bike racks.
We do not currently offer farm tours and our farm is not open to the public.
We always recommend buying your tickets online before arriving as ticking options vary widely between events. Please go to our event calendar and click on the website link for the show you are looking for.
Parking FAQ
Unfortunately, we do not have onsite parking. Normally, parking in a surrounding garage is $10-$12 a day. However, rates are subject to change depending on events happening in Cleveland.
We recommend parking in the Huntington Park Garage or the Willard Park Garage. Both are just a short walk from the Center and the Huntington Park Garage has a tunnel that connects to our building.
Unfortunately, we do not operate the Huntington Park Garage. You can contact them at (216)443-7007.
Accessibility FAQ
Wheelchairs cannot be reserved and are first come, first serve. When you arrive, please go to one of our guest services desks to request a wheelchair. All of our wheelchairs are manual and free to use.
Yes. The Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland is an ADA compliant center.
One solution is to be dropped off at the Lakeside entrance. If getting dropped off is not possible, the Huntington Park Garage has handicapped parking spots and a tunnel that connects the garage to our building
Yes, you are welcome to bring your ADA compliant wheelchair or scooter.
